I Hate Diets! Atkins, Here I Start

Thought I would try the Atkins Diet.  At least I can eat!

Good (Yea, I can eat)!

  • Meat, Eggs, & Cheese
  • Vegtables, Vegtables,Vegetables 
  • Fruits - minimal
  • Protein (any food with protein)
  • Low Carb Foods
Bad  (Don't Eat)!
  • sugar
  • breads
  • potatoes
  • pasta
  • High carb foods

1st Week
  • 30-35 carbs a day
  • 1200 calories a day
  • Exercise 4-5 times a week
  • Brisk walking 3 miles a day
  • Zumba Class @ YMCA - 2x a week
Winter will be gone, and I can no longer hide the fat!  Spring and Summer around the corner for a new beautiful, toned, & lighter Me!
