I Hate Diets! Atkins, Here I Start

Thought I would try the Atkins Diet.  At least I can eat!

Good (Yea, I can eat)!

  • Meat, Eggs, & Cheese
  • Vegtables, Vegtables,Vegetables 
  • Fruits - minimal
  • Protein (any food with protein)
  • Low Carb Foods
Bad  (Don't Eat)!
  • sugar
  • breads
  • potatoes
  • pasta
  • High carb foods

1st Week
  • 30-35 carbs a day
  • 1200 calories a day
  • Exercise 4-5 times a week
  • Brisk walking 3 miles a day
  • Zumba Class @ YMCA - 2x a week
Winter will be gone, and I can no longer hide the fat!  Spring and Summer around the corner for a new beautiful, toned, & lighter Me!

Do Something Nice For Someone Who Truly Deserves It!

Do something nice for someone who truly deserves it!

This past week, was not a very nice week for me.  A very close person, we both said goodbye in words that should not have been said.  

I love this person!  Sleepless nights and worries......

Here I am the the stubborn one,  I am not going to call him/her.  I am not going to text him/her.
For 4 days of letting the anger build up and boil....(senseless energy)!

Day 4 - I text  (It's driving me nuts and the anger built up is just stupid)

     Love & Miss my "loved one".

Trust in God, no worries, and when you feel helpless....let God take the helplessness away and he will handle it!  Stand Still, God is working on it!


I feel so much better now!  Weight lifted off my shoulders.
